      It is ILLEGAL in NSW to conduct investigations of persons or businesses in ANY format without a CURRENT PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS LICENCE
      It is ILLEGAL in NSW to hire any person or business to conduct investigations of persons or businesses without a CURRENT PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS LICENCE
      Further Notice:      To conduct investigations as private investigator both YOU and the person who hired you MUST have a REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME.
      Penalties for conduction investigations without a licence is $240,000 AU PER OFFENCE
      Penalties for hiring persons to conduct investigations without a licence is $240,000 AU PER OFFENCE

      The Music School WILL take legal action against any persons conducting private investigations in an attempt to gain information about the school, staff, premises, students, pricing, specials deals or discount offers or any other item or thing to the full extent of the law.


      How will we find you?
      - your IP address is recorded by our website server on connection to this site. IP addresses can be provided to law enforcement for investigation of illegal activites. Your IP address is a number identifying you to your internet service provider. Using a proxy server will NOT hide your connection to this site. eg: Your internet provider will see your connection to the proxy server, and the connection from the proxy server to this website from your account in the same date/time. Proxy servers only hide your connection to the website. They do not hide your connection from your internet service providers records.
      - Using our contact forms with a fake email address. We do not provide information by mail, or other written forms. Using our contact forms still records your IP address.
      - Phoning us from a PRIVATE number. We do not provide information to private phone numbers. We will ask you for a phone number and call you back.
      - The music school is currently collecting information into this illegal activity. We may, at our discretion, provide indemnity from legal action to any persons that provide us with beneficial information required to identify any persons, businesses or websites where you were hired or asked to perform investigations. If it is discovered that a website is being used to hire unlicenced persons for illegal gathering of information without a licence (eg: mystery shopper website or similar) we can, and will serve that website with a COURT ORDER to provide information to us to identify both the person paying for the service and any persons that have been hired to perform the investigation. Both you and the person hiring you will be identified by your IP address and the information to identify you will be provided by your internet provider.
      Should you decide to provide information to us to avoid proscecution and fines, please contact us and provide information through our contact form, including a valid phone number and email address. Any information provided must be provided in writing (email ok)
      You SHOULD contact the school NOW to avoid legal actions against you in future. Any information provided will be kept confidential except where required for a) investigation by legal representatives or law enforcement to exclude you and b) to contact you as required.
      Indemnity from proscecution is not offered or inferred as offered to any persons or entities hiring persons or others to investigate.
      You should note, that is not illegal for a BUSINESS OWNER to hire persons to investigate inside their OWN business, however both you and the person hiring you may still be subject to legal actions and monetary compensations by ANY person inside that business that you are investigating. Mystery Shopper activity is ILLEGAL when investigating any other person or persons or business NOT part of the business of the person hiring you.
    • A VALID WORKING WITH CHILDREN CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ANY FORM OF WORK ON PREMISES
      The Music School is a SCHOOL, and is covered by laws pertaining to the PROTECTION OF CHILDREN.
      NO PERSON may enter the premises without the consent of the business owner/manager/proprietor. The music school denies access to any persons acting as a representative of any other person or persons for investigation purposes. DO NOT ENTER THE MUSIC SCHOOL under any circumstances.
      Any person entering the premises to WORK under ANY guise MUST HOLD a CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDREN certificate and MUST show this certificate to the business owner on entering the business. Failure to SHOW this certificate on Entering the premises to work will immediately render you liable for CRIMINAL PROSCECUTION. You may have offences recorded against you on the child offenders registry which will be a PERMANENT RECORD. Further, should you be a valid holder of a working with children certificate, this can be cancelled and become NON RENEWABLE. Persons hiring you to enter the business premises with or without a WWC will also be liable for criminal proscecution under child safety laws, and may also have their WWC cancelled. It is ILLEGAL to enter any school premises under false pretences, or to conduct any work activities without the CONSENT of the SCHOOL.
      Soliciting any person to enter school grounds without knowledge of their safe conduct with children may lead to severe CRIMINAL proscecution. Should you elect to hire a person to perform this work that is deemed not fit to work with children, or who has had previous convictions recorded against them in this area will lead to criminal charges against YOU. Any illegal activities carried out by this person will also be held against YOU.
    • Tresspass Notice
      No person or persons may enter the school except by APPOINTMENT (you must make an appointment at ALL times), and must be a bona fide customer/student.
    • Any Person Entering the premises to work WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF MANAGEMENT will NOT be covered by any insurances, and any damages, losses or injuries incurred or death, will not be compensated in any manner by the school, its insurance providers, the owner or any other entity.
    PART THREE-
    1. Site Users will conduct themselves within the legal bounds of the law pertaining to written materials. Site users will not add any content that is hateful, hurtful, bullying, demeaning or other to any persons whether they are a single person or a group in general. Racism, sexism, or negative connotations pertaining to a persons preferences, lifestyle choices, way of life, religion or other are illegal and not permitted on this site.
    2. It is the responsibility of all site users to KNOW the laws pertaining to illegal activities. It is NOT to be assumed that if any law is not written here that you are not required to abide by it on this website.
