Our music school has been in operation for over thirty years, we are a brick and mortar business, a real music school with real music tutors/teachers working in the music industry.
Our Teachers are classically trained and are also full time working rock musicians in live stage, studio and other entertainment industry professions.
Music is our first love, and we teach students of all ages, beginner to advanced, all levels, all styles. We specialise in teaching students to play modern style music using todays modern instruments. Piano, keyboards, guitar, bass and drums. Comprehensive music tuition in all modern or rock styles such as blues, jazz, rock or any, including music lessons for kids, our music teachers have decades of professional experience in both teaching and performing.
We offer music lessons for students of all ages, for traditional instruments, such as piano and guitar, and modern instruments, such as electric guitar, keyboards, synthesizer, electric and accoustic drums, and instruction in the use of midi applications and guitar effects pedals.
We welcome adult beginners and those who simply wish to learn for their own enjoyment enthusiastically. We cater to shiftworkers, people with changing time schedules and on-call workers.
Times are available on weekdays from 12 midday up until 10pm in the evenings.
Lessons are 30 minutes, private lessons, one teacher to one student. No Groups.
The music school enrols students during every week of the year. Please do not wait for the start of school terms to enrol or book to start lessons. As this is our busiest time for new enrolments suitable times may not be available.
Lessons for guitar and drums are extremely limited and are almost completely filled.

We only hire Qualified Staff
Many Music Schools hire "players" with no qualifications at all, while still charging you the full rate of fees for a qualified teacher, leaving you none the wiser. You could spend years paying for lessons before you discover the truth.
Music School Penrith only hires qualified teachers with documentation for their instrument. Our Teachers are Registered with the AMEB and have a minimum qualification of a BACHELOR OF MUSIC DEGREE.
WE DONT do Showcases
Many Schools Offer and Promote Showcases. We dont. Showcases are a method of promoting the school to the world to encourage the enrolment of new students to the school. Music Schools that indulge in showcases use your paid lesson time to tutor and push the student into attaining a level of performance required for the showcase performance event, while not providing structured lessons to advance the student in other areas. The performance piece is taught in all lessons, and the emphasis is only on the performance piece or pieces. The end result of showcases is free promotion of the school, at the event, and online via the schools website, and social media pages, like facebook, twitter and etc.
Music School Penrith enters students in AMEB examinations through the conservatorium of music (Sydney) or prepares students for public performances and evaluations through recognised platforms of Eistedfods and similar for those students that choose to, or wish to, perform in a public venue. We do not hold self promoting showcases.
We prepare students for School Music Studies including the HSC & HSC Performances & Duke Of Edinburgh Levels.
The music school has a strict NO photos, no video & no audio recording of students in accordance with child safety.
